Vendor set up

Happy Friday everyone. If you are setting  up or partially setting up you can come from 3 to 9 today. It really helps with the morning chaos to at least be partially set up. Some people just set up their table and signage while others may have their booth ready tonight. If you are going to have your whole spot set up tonight you might want to bring a sheet or something to cover it up while everyone is running through.
If you cannot set up tonight for whatever reason, you can come in the morning as early as 7 am .
I will be there.

Thanks
Trisha

When you come, Please see Alicia Salo or Trisha Traffie to see where your spot is. We are going to try to have names on all the spots before you get there.

What are people selling?

I need to get a rundown of what each vendor is selling. Please get this to me asap. The reason I need this is so that you will not be put next to a vendor selling the same type of things. (last year we had a couple people add to what they were selling last minute and we had tables right next to eachother selling the same thing.)
You can e-mail, facebook, text, or call.

Thanks
So
Much

Silent Auction Info

The past 2 years we held a silent auction with proceeds going to a local family in need. All the vendors are required to donate an item or items to the table. The table has done well but this year we are changing it up a bit. I have found that the items that do the best on the auction table are items you cannot get at a table or an item that sold out at a vendors table.

SO, long story short, when thinking about what you will donate this year be creative.

You can drop off your auction item at my house or in my mailbox (if it fits) at anytime. Please put your name with the item so I can check you off the list.

If two people are sharing a table both people are required to donate an item.

I need to have the table set up and ready to go the night before, so all items MUST be there by Friday night. If you cannot get them to me by then please contact me asap so we can make arrangements.

If you have any questions please shoot me an e-mail thelittleredsled@gmail.com or call me 603.491.3272.

LESS THAN A WEEK!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you are all as excited as I am.

Thanks
Trisha
